If you find that any feature of our website or product is unacceptably difficult to use with an accessibility technology, we will either provide a mutually agreeable fix or workaround within 30 days or offer a full refund of your last payment.

Terms and Conditions

• The need for accessibility technology is defined to be due to a medically recognized physical or mental disability.
• You must provide enough information for us to reproduce the problem.
• If the problem is with a web page, the software and hardware stack in question must be able to properly render the “After” demo pages from the W3 Web Content Accessibility Guidelines.
• If the problem is not with a web page, the software and hardware stack in question must be usable with our services if operated by a non-disabled person.
